This. This has been my life for the last couple of weeks. And probably will be for the next several. Being a divorced mom who re-married is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. List of New Foods at this Year's Minnesota State Fair ›

And that’s just the start. And this list doesn’t include the hundreds of classic foods at the fair (pronto pups anyone?)

I haven’t been to the state fair in five years now (because of college) and I won’t get to go this year either (because I’m in Korea). Anyone who’s ever been to the Great Minnesota Get-Together should feel my pain.

Fun facts: the Minnesota State Fair is the second largest in the country, behind Texas. But if you look at average daily attendance, Minnesota is actually on top. About 34 percent of state residents attend the fair every year (but not me ㅠㅠ).

Sad to say I was one of the idiots that fell for the for-profit schools. Rasmussen College was one of the BIGGEST mistakes of my LIFE. One I will be paying for for a long, LONG time. :o(
